Order Tracking
Upon confirming your order, we'll provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your order online. Additionally, we can furnish you with the mobile number of the designated delivery representative for your convenience.
Handling Missing or Damaged Items
While we take utmost care in packaging, occasional transit-related damage may occur. To facilitate the claims process and expedite reimbursement, kindly adhere to the following steps:
- Sign the delivery receipt to acknowledge receipt of the order.
- Thoroughly inspect the contents of the package in the presence of the courier.
- In case of any damage, please contact us immediately within the initial 7 days following delivery. Please note that Al Ahlia cannot assume responsibility for damaged items beyond this period.
- Always document any damage with photographs.
- Retain both the original inner and outer packaging; do not discard them.
- Contact our customer service immediately upon discovering the issue, ensuring you have your order number available for a prompt resolution.

Shipping Charges
For orders inside Casablanca:
- All orders above 3000 USD are delivered FREE of charge
- Regular shipping charge Depends on location but between 20-50 USD for all orders below 3000 USD.
For other Cities in Morocco:
Shipping charge is calculated based on the address for all orders.
Please note that if your order is fulfilled by different sellers, your items might be shipped separately, and the total cost of shipping will be calculated depending on the number of shipments. You will be able to see the final cost in the checkout.
Cancelling the Order
If you want to cancel your order, please contact customer service. However, items that have already been processed for shipping will be treated as returns. Please visit the "Return" page below for more information.
Holding Orders
If your location is not ready, and you would like to reserve the items, we can hold orders for you in the warehouse (at an extra cost depending on the item and time period). Please take note of the following:
- Warranty starts from the date of delivery to your location
- Cancellations/Refunds are applicable from the day of order placement as a standard and have nothing to do with holding items. You will not be able to get free cancellation or refund after 14 days of placing the order.
- If you want to receive it earlier than your estimated date, please communicate with us to see if this can be facilitated
