Warranty Policy:

  • Warranty Period: Archi Luxuor guarantees all equipment parts (excluding consumables) and services for a duration of one year, commencing from the date of order.
  • Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturer defects, irrespective of proper installation and usage in accordance with the provided manual. Any other damages or instances of misuse will incur charges and will be addressed through our maintenance department, as outlined in the manual.
  • Contact Us: Should you require maintenance services during the warranty period, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We are eager to assist you.
  • Exceptions: Please be aware that the warranty will not remain valid if the equipment has been serviced by a vendor other than Archi Luxuor.
  • Maintenance: In the event a manufacturer defect arises during the warranty period, all maintenance and services, including the return of the equipment to you, will be provided at no cost.
  • User Responsibility: The warranty is applicable only if the product bears an intact serial number. Therefore, kindly ensure that the serial number on the equipment remains unaltered and legible.
  • International Warranty: No warranty for customers outside Casablanca.
